We meet with you at your home to discuss all your needs, where you think you need help. Discuss all our included plan services and optional add-on services. Our membership plan can be tailored to each individual client's needs.

Full Home Inspection & Routine Maintenance
We complete a 100+ Point Home Inspection and log your home’s critical maintenance needs — filters, appliance models, bulbs, system info, and more. We schedule bi-monthly home visits. Every other month, we perform routine maintenance and address your specific needs — from HVAC care to seasonal prep and more.

Red Carpet Service
Literally. Every visit, our team arrives professionally dressed, with clean footwear, and rolls out a red carpet under our tools to protect your space. We understand how frustrating messy contractors can be — that’s why MFL treats your home with the same care and respect we’d expect in ours.
